Sanctuary sits on the southern banks of the Parramatta River, with its 3 residential towers centred around a raised podium concealed by lush native planting and providing sweeping views across the surround landscape.

Pathways meander through forested edges connecting building lobbies and pocket lawns. Raised concrete planters with exposed agregate create intimate seating nooks with their cranking forms and give privacy to courtyards. A water feature with its source at podium level follows a twisting channel to the edge where it cascades down to the street creating a dynamic, insulated landscape.
